Challenge Breakdown 

Choose from three tracks designed to help you sleep deeper, more consistently, or longer:  

During Sleep Deeper you’ll track:

  • Avoid late meal (5x)
  • Avoid Caffeine (3x)
  • Sleep in a dark room (5x)

During Sleep Consistently you’ll track:

  • Morning sunlight (5x)
  • Daylight eating (5x)
  • Dim lights (5x)

During Sleep Longer you’ll track: 

  • Avoid device in bed (5x)
  • Avoid caffeine (3x)
  • Hot shower before bed (5x)

How to Join

  1. On March 10, select the Weekly Plan correlated to the sleep challenge
  2. The behaviors for your challenge will be automatically added to your journal, so you can log them daily and get credit
  3. Successfully complete your challenge track for the chance to earn a WHOOP Sleep Mask
