After your 1-month trial, your deposit will automatically apply as AED 479 off the 12-month membership plan, reducing the total cost from AED 919 to AED 440. If you decide not to continue, simply initiate a return of the device and battery pack within 7 days of canceling your trial to receive a return mailing label. After you’ve postmarked your return you will receive a full refund of AED 479. Please note, if the return is not postmarked within 7-days from your cancellation date, the AED 479 deposit will be forfeited.

If you want to continue your WHOOP membership after your trial, you’ll be automatically enrolled onto our 12-month plan, or you can choose a month-month plan. If WHOOP is not for you, just cancel and send your device and battery pack back. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

No, at this time we are not replacing the devices used during free trials. However, you can feel good knowing that your WHOOP is either new or an expertly inspected pre-owned device, plus it’s backed by our lifetime warranty.

Yes, you’ll get a brand new Onyx premium SuperKnit band that’s engineered with ultra-soft backing and microfilament yarn for enhanced comfort & durability. Additional band colors and customized bands are not included in the trial – but you can customize your look and check out more options here. If you decide to cancel during your trial, you do not need to return your band.
