The WHOOP Reddit Sleep Hack Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Whoop, Inc. (“Sponsor”) located at One Kenmore Square, #601, Boston, MA 02215.
1. CONTEST PERIOD AND DESCRIPTION: The Contest begins on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 11:00 am ET and ends on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 10:00 am ET (the “Contest Period”). During the Contest Period, eligible entrants can enter the Contest by following the instructions in Section 3 of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify any dates or deadlines for the Contest at its sole discretion.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant” or “Contestant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of any such individual are not eligible to participate. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible entrants must comment on WHOOP’s Reddit post in the r/whoop subreddit on April 3, 2025, with the most ridiculous, questionable, or oddly effective thing they’ve done in the name of improving their sleep. The comment must be posted during the Contest Period. By commenting, the Entrant agrees to these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person.
4. WINNER SELECTION: The six (6) comments with the most upvotes on Reddit as of Monday, April 7, 2025, at 10:00 am ET will be selected as the potential prize winners. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will select the final winner(s) at its sole discretion based on creativity and originality. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.
5. PRIZES:
Each of the six (6) winners will receive:
One (1) WHOOP Restorative Sleep Mask One (1) pair of WHOOP Blue Light Blocking Glasses with Evening Lenses One (1) pair of WHOOP Blue Light Blocking Glasses with All-Day Lenses One (1) custom WHOOP Weighted Blanket
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize package: $300.
Total ARV for all prizes: $1,800.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via Reddit private message from u/WHOOPOfficial on Monday, April 7, 2025. Winners must respond within 36 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest upvoted eligible entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification due to spam filters or privacy settings.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, Reddit handle, likeness, and submitted comment for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. PRIVACY: Any personal information provided by entrants will be subject to WHOOP’s privacy policy: https://www.whoop.com/privacy/full-privacy-policy. Entrants consent to the use of their personal data for purposes of administering this Contest and fulfilling prizes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliated entities from any and all liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner. All decisions by Sponsor are final.
11. GOVERNING LAW: All issues concerning the Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boston, MA.
12. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, available within 60 days of Contest end, email giveaways@whoop.com with the subject line “Reddit Sleep Hack Giveaway Winners List.”
